Description
The world is a changed place since the events related in The Mutant Season. An uneasy peace exists between “normal” humans and the psychic mutants with the golden eyes.
 
While Michael Ryan gets entangled in an investigation into a lethal explosion on the moon, the world is faced with a "supermutant" with unknown origins, whose very existence threatens the fragile truce that exists between the communities.
